ACORN & DOJ:Open Door for Voter Fraud

The Democrat Party 2012 election strategy includes opening the door to voter fraud. And in Florida, Senator Bill Nelson is the key facilitator of this dubious effort.

In November, Senator Nelson requested that Attorney General Eric Holder open an investigation into whether the law in Florida (HB 1355) was designed to suppress voting among minorities. This week, Senator Bill Nelson (D-FL) announced that he will be holding a Senate field hearing to find out whether states have enacted laws to suppress voter turnout in Tampa on January 27th.

Yesterday, AG Holder traveled to Austin, Texas to denounce laws enacted by a dozen states, including Florida, to deal with voter fraud and he hinted that he may challenge some of the laws. Furthermore, he proposed that the federal government automatically register all citizens to vote.

Today, watchdog organization, Judicial Watch,  released documents indicating that this latest effort by the Attorney General and the Department of Justice is being coordinated by the very organizations whose members have been convicted of voter registration fraud!

“It is an affront to the rule of law and a threat to the integrity of our elections that the ACORN-front Project Vote is coordinating with the Holder Department of Justice on voting law,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Now we know why the Holder DOJ never bothered to fully investigate voter registration fraud by Project Vote/ACORN – because Project Vote and the Department of Justice seem to have implemented a joint litigation strategy in the run up to the 2012 elections.”

It is time to contact Senator Bill Nelson and tell him to protect the democratic process and secure the integrity of the vote by stopping voter fraud!
