After reviewing the state and local government transparency findings from the Sunshine State Review, the James Madison Institute concludes “Florida continues to be a national leader in government transparency, and many citizens have reason to be pleased with the priority that their public officials are giving to proactive transparency”.
I just have to note that the Florida legislature and executive branch is dominated by Republicans.
